Welcome to ColrPage. By using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ColrPage, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ColrPage. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Description of Service
ColrPage is an AI-powered application that generates coloring pages based on text descriptions you provide. The service includes:
- AI image generation from text prompts
- Saving and organizing favorite images
- Printing coloring pages
- Sharing images with others
4. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use ColrPage to:
- Generate inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to bypass content filters or safety measures
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the AI models
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Your Input
You retain ownership of the text prompts you create. By submitting prompts, you grant us a license to process them through AI systems to generate images.
Generated Images
Images generated through ColrPage are owned by ColrPage. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal license to:
- View and print generated images for personal, non-commercial use
- Share images through the App's sharing features
We reserve the right to use, display, reproduce, and distribute generated images for any purpose, including marketing, within the App, and for service improvement.
Public Content
Generated images are public by default within the App. You may change visibility to private in your settings. Public images may be viewed, favorited, printed, and shared by other users.
7. Credits and Payments
Image generation may require credits. Credits are purchased through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). All purchases are subject to the respective store's terms and refund policies.
- Credits are non-transferable
- Unused credits do not expire
- Refunds are handled by the app store where you made the purchase
8. Content Moderation
We employ automated filters to prevent inappropriate content. However, AI systems are not perfect. If you encounter inappropriate content:
- Use the in-app report feature
- We will review and take appropriate action
- Repeated violations may result in account termination
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
ColrPage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific results from AI generation
- That all generated content will be appropriate or accurate
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ColrPage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ColrPage operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
